Targeted Mission Support / Telecommunication WOOD provides its customers with mission critical resources necessary to provide 24x7/365 operational capabilities. We offer skilled professionals in the following disciplines: Help Desk Analysts responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and other network services. Telecommunications personnel to analyze telecommunications characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput) and recommend procurement, removals, and modifications to network components. Network/System Administrators who can plan and coordinate system utilization, and perform growth analysis and capacity planning; perform systems and applications analysis/design and programming to produce a variety of innovative solutions to complex network problems; or perform network installation, maintenance, training, and user support. Logistics personnel to plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle. Technicians who can conduct system, subsystem, and equipment racking, stacking, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting systems/equipment according to established procedures or who can create and edit engineering drawings such as rack elevations and wiring diagrams. Subject Matter Experts to perform in-depth research and analysis, providing strategic guidance and consultation, system engineering, system design, or technical design support to system acquisition. Technology domains areas include open systems architecture and design for client/server environments and distributed databases, and data, video, and voice local and wide area networks and infrastructure. |
