Document Publication and Administrative Support

WOOD provides its customers with on-demand document production and administrative services to meet their policy, guidance and/or system needs. Our staff provides support throughout the evolution to include document management, editing, production, graphics, web-posting and maintenance. We offer skilled professionals in the following disciplines:

Administrative Specialists to assist in the establishment and maintenance of office procedures, including information tracking systems, and the creation of graphics and presentations as needed.

Graphic Artists to conceptualize, design, and develop a wide variety of materials (technical, promotional, informational, instructional), such as forms, labels, brochures, meeting and conference handouts, slides, logos, posters, and other presentation aids through a variety of media outlets such as CD-ROMs, websites, and other publications.

Research Analysts to plan, organize, and conduct research in a variety of areas, including new or existing products, science, social science, law or business in support of an Information Technology initiative.

Technical Writers to provide technical review, editing, and quality assurance for documents, products, and technical papers that meet specific customer requirements.
