This two-day course provides the student with a complete understanding of the importance of a Work Breakdown Structure as the architecture and framework for defining all the work that needs to be done to successfully complete a project. It provides detailed instruction in how to build a comprehensive, accurate and meaningful deliverable-based WBS that is fully compliant with the PMI PMBOK Guide®, 4th Edition and the PMI WBS Practice Standard.
Scheduling, Cost Estimating and Control (4 days)

In this four-day, PMBOK-compliant, course students will learn the best practices for cost estimating and scheduling, including Critical Chain techniques, and how to control cost and schedule variances ,with such methods as Earned Value, through the project life cycle.
